Author’s Guidelines
Welcome to the Author Guidelines of Ochrona Przed Korozją(OPK), a distinguished multidisciplinary journal indexed in Scopus and recognized under UGC Care Group II. We warmly invite researchers and scholars to submit their valuable work and contribute to our vibrant academic community.
Kindly adhere to the following guidelines to ensure your manuscript meets our publication standards and review requirements.
Originality
Submissions must present original, unpublished work that is not under review or consideration by any other journal.
Language
All manuscripts must be written in clear and professional English.
Formatting
Papers should be prepared in Microsoft Word using a standard, legible font such as Times New Roman (12-point size) with consistent formatting throughout.
Length
Articles should generally range between 5,000 and 8,000 words, inclusive of references.
Required Manuscript Structure
Full title of the paper, author(s) names, institutional affiliations, and complete contact details of the corresponding author.
A concise summary of 150–250 words outlining the purpose, methodology, key findings, and contributions of the study.
Up to five relevant keywords representing the core themes of the research.
Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References.
Acknowledgments, if applicable, and Appendix, if required.
Adhering to these standards will facilitate a smooth review process and ensure consistency in publication quality.
How to Publish Your Paper
Manuscript Submission
Submission of author profile along with the complete manuscript.
Initial Screening & Review
Initial screening and detailed review by the Reviewer Committee.
Editorial Decision
Acceptance or rejection decision communicated to the author via email.
Acceptance & Documents
Upon acceptance, submission of the applicable publication fee and signed copyright form.
Verification
Verification of payment and required documents by the editorial office.
Online Publication
Final processing and online publication of the accepted paper.
Publication Fees
₹3,540 per paper
Publication fee applicable to authors submitting from India.
$250 per paper
Publication fee applicable to authors submitting from outside India.
Publication fees are required only after the manuscript has been formally accepted for publication.
